By subscribing to Brain Health Plan, you are committing to scheduled appointments to maintain good brain health and overall wellbeing. On top of this, you’re spreading the cost into manageable payments for better peace of mind and making saving of up to 10%* on your routine brain care.

With regular therapy sessions 1-5 times a week, or bi-weekly or monthly, your therapist will be able to provide ongoing intervention and support. Your therapist will spot any concerns before they worsen that may help to avoid them altogether. Your sessions also include re-assessments of your or your child's progress.

We’ll add up the total cost of all the in-person, virtual appointments, and online program included in your plan, apply a discount of up to 10%* and then split them into 12 bite-sized monthly payments. These will be collected by Direct Debit.

If you’re keen to keep your brain health in shape but have concerns about the cost, Brain Heath Plan presents a budget-friendly solution.

Every Brain Health Plan saves you up to 10%* on the equivalent therapy check-ups and appointments (when paid at each appointment) and splits the cost into 12 manageable monthly payments.

In addition, you’ll also get a 10% discount on a range of selected brain-based treatments †.

Your Brain Health Plan includes:

• An agreed number of therapy sessions, and virtual appointments to meet your oral brain health needs
• Up to two routine brain health assessments per year, if required
• Preventative brain health advice
• 10% off selected brain based therapies†

A few clients will find that two progress check-ups and two therapy sessions each year is enough to stay on top of their brain health**.

However, the majority of our clients have additional needs or different preferences. If you or your child has a neurodevelopmental or neurological disorders, such as autism, non-verbal autism, ADHD, ADD, dyslexia, a learning disability, motor coordination disorder, global developmental delays, emotional, social, sensory and behavioural challenges, and related issues, you may benefit from additional in-clinic or/an virtual appointments – you can select this option when you subscribe to your plan.

Your Brain Health Plan is split into manageable bite-sized monthly payments. These payments are up to 10% cheaper than in-person or virtual assessments and in-clinic/virtual appointments when paid for by appointment, with the total divided by 12.

The average monthly cost for a routine Brain Health Plan for an existing client (featuring 2 x assessments and 2 x appointments per year) is just €112.50 per month.

When you subscribe to Brain Health Plan, you’ll pay a one-off set-up fee of just €10.

We’ll collect this fee around the time of your first monthly payment. Once paid, you won’t be charged anything extra for subscribing and you’ll have full access to all your plan’s additional benefits.

We’ve made it quick and easy to set up your Brain Health Plan, and you can subscribe either in person, over the phone or online. We prefer online booking, making it even simpler to get the appointments that suit your schedule.

Your contract in relation to your plan is between you and Brain Integration Therapy. Your terms and conditions (your Agreement) will be emailed to you, along with all the details of your Plan.

Your payments will be collected via Direct Debit and sent to your brain health practice to carry out intervention and provide continuing care. Gabriela Hennigan t/a Brain Integration will appear on your bank statement.

You’ll cover the annual cost of your plan via monthly Direct Debit payments.

Your monthly Brain Health Plan fee is calculated using the Pay As You Go costs at your practice, less a discount of around 10% as a Plan member. The cost of your agreed number of appointments and assessments are split into 12 bite-sized payments, rounded up to the nearest 50c, making budgeting easier. A one-time registration fee of €10 applies upon joining.

The fees are reviewed annually and are based on the cost of intervention at your practice. If we need to make changes to the cost of your plan, you’ll receive a minimum of 30 days’ notice of any change to your fee.

Brain Health Plan is available to clients who are children, adults or seniors who live in Ireland. The plan is also available to clients living abroad however instead of direct debits, montly subsription via a payment link will apply.

Your plan does not cover:

Brain TheraCamp Melillo Intensive Programs 

Your Brain Health Plan benefits are available over a full 12-month period from the date of your first payment. Please ensure you book your appointments within that period, as your treatment allowance will reset and any unused treatments cannot be used in the following 12-month period.

If you need to update any of your personal details (address, bank account etc.), please speak to your practice team.

If you are setting up more than one plan, e.g. one for yourself and one for your child, or partner, you’ll need to use a separate email address for each client.

Your Brain Health Plan agreement is between you and your Brain Integration practice. Your appoitments will be with our Melillo Method certified practitioner who is a special education teacher and is certified in many other methods - Interactive Metronome certified proider, reflex integration therapist, social skills trainer, behaviour therapist, cranio-sacral therapist. 

If you book appointments with our pediatric physiotherapist, your appointments will be with her.

If your therapist changes permanently, we will notify you by email.

Please contact your practice, who will be able to cancel your plan for you with 30 days’ written notice. Please remember to cancel your direct debit after your final payment has been taken.

Yes, there is a minimum 3-month term from the commencement date of plan. After this period, you can cancel at any time by contacting your practice and providing 30 days’ written notice.
